- Add a pattern for always TRUE or FALSE EXISTS predicates
- Add Select.() and () and related accessors

TODOs:
- The patterns aren't correct yet if:
  - There are INTERSECT or EXCEPT set operations
  - There is a SEEK clause
  - There are FOR XML or FOR JSON clauses (?)
- A case matching queries with aggregate functions wasn't possible yet, the relevant QOM API must still be designed.
