Add `javax.xml.bind:jaxb-api` and `javax.activation:activation` since those apis has been removed by JDK 11.
In GA, we saw a significant performance downgrade in the unit tests, and even with some changes like enlarging timeout, using in-memory catalog instead of hive catalog, the JDK11(~43min) tests cost 2 times than JDK8(~22min), this performance regression is tracked in #745.

Finally, delta 1.0.0 is out, with Spark 3.1.1 support.
- In Spark 3.0, column of CHAR type is not allowed in non-Hive-Serde tables, and CREATE/ALTER TABLE commands will fail if CHAR type is detected. Please use STRING type instead. In Spark version 2.4 and below, CHAR type is treated as STRING type and the length parameter is simply ignored.
- Since Spark 3.1, CHAR/CHARACTER and VARCHAR types are supported in the table schema. Table scan/insertion will respect the char/varchar semantic. If char/varchar is used in places other than table schema, an exception will be thrown (CAST is an exception that simply treats char/varchar as string like before). To restore the behavior before Spark 3.1, which treats them as STRING types and ignores a length parameter, e.g. `CHAR(4)`, you can set `spark.sql.legacy.charVarcharAsString` to `true`.

The added sql module structure looks like:

This PR mainly add 3 feature:
* merging small files automatically (include dynamic partition insertion case)
* insert shuffle node before Join to make AQE `OptimizeSkewedJoin` work
* stage level config isolation in AQE
Note that, the sql rule depend on the Apache Spark interface so we need make the sql module verion independence. Currently, this PR only supports the Spark 3.1.1.
Due to the version issue, we need to check and deploy this extension manually currently.

Recap the background of Hadoop dependencies in Kyuubi.
1. Kyuubi Server depends on few Hadoop UGI classes to support Kerbose, and those are pretty stable APIs through decade. So we decided use hadoop shaded client instead of hadoop vanilla client to avoid transitive deps, see #398.
2. Current Kyuubi build against Spark 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2-SNOTSHOT(master), all of them support and dist with both hadoop-2.7 and hadoop-3.2.
The property `hadoop.binary.version` only affect which `spark-bin-hadoop-{hadoop-version}.tgz` we will use to run integration tests in `kyuubi-main` module and include into Kyuubi binary dist bundle, and kyuubi server itself always depends on hadoop shaded client 3.2.2, thus we named the maven profile `spark-hadoop-2.7/3.2`.

Spark 3.1.1 released, it looks more stable than the first minor release of Spark 3.x, and a lot of great features were involved.
In this PR, I add a profile for `spark-3.1.1` support, and temporary we only support `hadoop2.7`
TODOS:
- Add Hadoop 3.2 support with some dependency issues
- Enable Iceberg tests for spark-3.1.1 after Apache iceberg‘s next release
- Using spark-3.1.1 as default
- Restore HiveResult string?
