This was done by running the following command twice:

grep -Ri "github.com/jetstack/cert-manager" . | \
cut -d":" -f1 | \
sort | \
uniq | \
xargs sed -i
"s/github.com\/jetstack\/cert-manager/github.com\/cert-manager\/cert-manager/"
```

Ideally, SECURITY.md will be the central source of truth to answer the
question "How do I report a security vulnerability in a cert-manager
project?"
