* Moved `BodyStream` and its derived types from `Azure::Core::Http`
namespace to `Azure::IO`, and update headers.

* Fix up clang formatting.

* Add missing winhttp bodystream namespace change.

* Update merge conflict related changes.

* Update header paths in includes.
