* Add autorest-preview pipeline

* Revert unnecessary eng/common changes

* Rewrite GetPullRequestUrl to Get-BuildSourceDescription

* Remove alias from Invoke-LoggedCommand

* Use invoke-expression instead of shelling out

* Add better job splitting

* Replace Folder with Directory
