Fix build break in vcpkg (#2662)

The issue came from a missformatted json file , the fix is straight forward ,
The number of commits can be ignored, the merge is squashed,
the operations i performed were : \

git checkout pipeline
git pull upstream main
git push
^^^^^
Enumerating objects: 1, done.
Counting objects: 100% (1/1), done.
Writing objects: 100% (1/1), 276 bytes | 276.00 KiB/s, done.
