This PR adds the Kyuubi Query Engine tab on Spark UI, it gathers basic stats currently. We will put more details in the following PRs

- [x] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible
- [x] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
