### _Why are the changes needed?_ Currently, Apache Kyuubi support Spark 3.0.0 and above, but Kyuubi-AuthZ support Spark 2.4, Spark 3.0 and above, to avoid subsequent maintenance costs, we plan to move out support for Spark 2.4. This pr aims to modify the documentation to indicate that version 2.4 is not supported ### _How was this patch tested?_ - [ ] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible - [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate - [ ] [Run test](https://kyuubi.apache.org/docs/latest/develop_tools/testing.html#running-tests) locally before make a pull request Closes #3305 from Yikf/authz-spark2.4-notsupport.
