Expose the metadata store requests metrics:
```
kyuubi.metadata_request.total
kyuubi.metadata_request.failed
kyuubi.metadata_request.retrying
```
`total` and `failed` are cumulative, `retrying` is not.
If there are still some retrying metadata requests, we shall not restart the kyuubi server, otherwise, some metadata requests will lose.

kyuubi.operation.state.BatchJobSubmission.finished

kyuubi.operation.state.BatchJobSubmission.canceled
```
So that the kyuubi service admin can know that how many BatchJobSubmission operations are pending, running and so on.

The configuration parameters in the document are too long and a newline is inserted(`<br/>`), which makes it difficult to search.
And if the user copies the configuration parameters, it may become several lines.
