[KYUUBI #303] Add host:port msg if we failed to initialize

Before this PR, if we start Kyuubi with an already used port, we will get this error msg.
It's better to print host:port which we bind.

- Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible
- Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
