[KYUUBI #1388] Added support a zookeeper shell

### _Why are the changes needed?_
It is useful to support a zookeeper shell so that we can view some metadata if necessary. For example:
```
$ bin/kyuubi-zookeeper-shell -server localhost:2181
Connecting to localhost:2181
Welcome to ZooKeeper!
...
ls /
[zookeeper, kyuubi]
```

### _How was this patch tested?_
- [ ] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible

- [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
