[KYUUBI #985] Add logCaptureThreadReleased flag

`isInterrupted` is always false if some `InterruptedException` are throwed. So we should use a new flag to check if log capture thread is released.

- [x] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible

- [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
