### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Support dependencies of `spark-4.0` profile. Follow up #3282. ### Why are the changes needed? #3282 is lack of dependencies support of `spark-4.0` profile. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? No. ### How was this patch tested?
