### What changes were proposed in this pull request? Support http authentication for Celeborn CLI. ### Why are the changes needed? Current CLI does not work if the authentication is enabled for master or worker. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes, a new option. ### How was this patch tested? UT.
