sychen 91f6378682 [CELEBORN-1336] Remove client partition split pool ... ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? ### Why are the changes needed? `CELEBORN-1320` uses `ReviveManager` to batch processing SOFT_SPLIT event RPC, so `partitionSplitPool` is no longer used, and the configuration item `celeborn.client.push.splitPartition.threads` is meaningless. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? ### How was this patch tested?
